Bridlemile

Bridlemile sits in the middle band of Southwest Portland's residential neighborhoods, bordered by SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy to the south and the Hillsdale commercial village to the east. Despite its proximity to downtown (minutes via Highway 26 or Barbur Blvd), Bridlemile maintains a distinctly small-town, owner-occupied character: 78% of households are homeowners, crime rates are exceptionally low, and 74% of the adult population is college educated — statistics that consistently land the neighborhood in Portland's top livability rankings.

Bridlemile Elementary School is the neighborhood's social anchor — consistently high-scoring on state report cards and a gathering hub for families. Directly across the street, Hamilton Park hosts playground equipment, tennis courts, soccer fields, and the beloved "Movies in the Park" summer series run by Portland Parks & Recreation.
