I was lucky enough to work with Chylese and Jen. As a first time home buyer and first in her family, it was really great to find people who were thorough, ensuring I was comfortable and well informed of every step of the journey. I felt cared for and confident because of their dedication. Even after the sale finalized, they remain available and helpful. I am forever grateful and will recommend Lark and Fir to anyone!

This review is well overdue but I was just thinking of Chylese today and feel very grateful for her and all that she has done for my clients. I am a Broker-Realtor in San Jose, CA and had been working with a family in San Jose for several years to find them a home; unfortunately, with the booming real estate market my dear clients were priced out. Further, they were seeing their 2nd child off to college so they weren't obligated to be in San Jose any longer, which prompted them to move up North to be closer to family. I wanted to make sure that my clients were in good, capable hands so I vetted several realtors up in the Portland area and talked to 5-6 agents to try to find a good fit for them. Chylese and I jumped on the phone and it was as if I knew her already! She is kind, extremely knowledgeable, funny, a savvy business owner, enthusiastic and just an all-around wonderful, kindred soul. We are so similar in the way that we do real estate and have the same moral and ethical make-up. I KNEW that she was the one that I wanted my clients to work with. Chylese worked with the clients for several months (long distance) made a few offers on properties until she was able to find them their forever home! The clients were so grateful that I introduced them to Chylese and told me that they LOVE her and not only did they now have an awesome Realtor but they have a friend too. Chylese is such a wonderful find and I encourage any buyers in any price range to work with her and her team to get them into a home! She is true professional, fun to work with, knows the real estate market and listens to her clients so that she can work to get them exactly what they are looking for. She is my referral broker for anyone looking to purchase in Oregon. And, she too has become a friend. Keep up the amazing work Chylese.
