Excellent communication and speedy service. Really appreciate the team on shift this past weekend morning! Brake light replacement on a Honda Pilot can be difficult and it was done like it was quickly for a reasonable price.

My service is always great at Jiffy Lube!! The guys there are so sweet and actually explain each service so I can understand what’s all going on. They are very time efficient as well, for my oil change, flush, and change my rear windshield wiper I was in and out in like 20 min. Overall it’s always a 10/10 experience no matter the location I go to. Plus! they always help out and let me know if there’s a coupon I can use for my services. Beaverton hillsdale is my favorite though not only for convenience to my house but the staff are always cheerful, kind, and friendly people. Thank you for your work!

Super quick service and friendly staff. Devin and Luca did my service yesterday and answered all my questions. I came in with a leak concern and unfortunately my truck was too dirty on the underside to be inspected. Devin recommended I get a car wash and to come back so he could do the inspection for me. I went to Kaady’s car wash down the road and came back the next day and he helped me out as soon as possible. He even sent me the video of the area of concern so I could show it to a shop that could help me. I wish I had cash to give him a well deserved tip. Thanks so much for the care and patience!! :)

I visited on 10/13 and the service was excellent - just as it was the last time I visited. I initially went to a different location for service but the team there did not so much as acknowledge me or the other customer in front of me. Needless to say, we both left. Rob & his team are fast and efficient and were well worth the extra 7 minute drive to this location. Will definitely be back.
