Elliott was awesome. Super honest and upfront. Didn't try and upcharge me and was transparent throughout the process. Made sure to check on me and update me while I waited in the lobby. Service has never disappointed me in all the time that I've been coming here.
I had an excellent experience with the service department and couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, my advisor Joe was professional and treated me with genuine hospitality. The service team was knowledgeable and transparent, they sent a MPI video of my vehicle and followed up with a clear estimate that I could approve online. It made the decision what to fix easy. I don’t get why so many reviews of Honda Service here are negative. I’ve never had anything short of stellar service from this service department. Kasey was professional and prompt the whole way through. The overall cost was reasonable considering dealer service. Keep in mind our CRV is nearly 20 years old with 250k miles. The service techs dug right in and fixed it right the first time. I really appreciate how the service department here takes the time to properly diagnose issues correctly the first time. Our second time here with this level of service… Thanks!
Swickard Honda in Gladstone exemplifies the meaning of service! Angel Figueroa, the service agent who took care of me recently, was excellent! Very professional, efficient and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the repair process. My Honda CR-V had a dashboard meltdown with every warning light flashing and cycling through continuously. I made an appointment online for first thing the next morning. Upon arrival I let Angel know I would need to wait for the repair. He got the service team right on it to diagnose the issue. It was determined that the fuel injectors were causing the warning lights to go off and would need to be replaced, but the repair could not be completed until the following day. I expressed concern because my husband was out of town and I had no means to get back home or return to pick my car up the following day. Angel arranged for the shuttle car to take me home and to come back to pick me up the following day, even though it was well outside their normal shuttle radius. My car was repaired as promised, and because we had purchased supplemental warranty coverage when we purchased the car, the repair was covered! Additionally, they noticed an issue with the air conditioner which they repaired under the supplemental coverage as well, and because I was scheduled to travel to Eastern Oregon the following day, they checked the car over thoroughly for road worthiness such as tire condition/pressure, fluids, etc. I would also like to add that both drivers who shuttled me to and from were very professional and personable.
The entire team was extraordinarily helpful. They continued to follow up with me after I signed the forms for my new car; assisting with me with learning all the new electric car systems and with applications for rebates and money back from unused warranty on my previous vehicle. Lyle my salesperson was extremely kind and professional. We went above and beyond to make sure I had a good car purchase experience. Russell in finance was very helpful, staying late and checking in the next day to make sure all the paperwork was complete. Thank you swickard Honda for the successful purchase of my 2nd car.
