We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. Everything was smooth, fast, and friendly, with absolutely no pressure at any point. We drove our Pathfinder home in just three hours. Elijah (MJ),Matt and Gustavo were all very professional and helpful in listening to what I was looking for. The trade in process for the car I was driving to getting into the Rav4 was a smooth process. The best decision I've made. I am forever grateful that they listen to my though,concerns and many questions I asked. Especially sitting down and working out numbers to figure out a quick and easy less painful payment plan than what I went thru at another dealership. My new car is perfect!! Runs smoothly. Everyone was great. There was no pressure at all. The associates were helpful and the whole transaction was quick and easy. I feel like the sales person could have been more knowledgeable about the vehicles but I had already done all my research and knew exactly what I wanted, which is what I got.
