My husband and I walked in mid-morning and left same day with one heck of a great car for one heck of a great price. Who doesn’t like that??? Everyone we dealt with including our sales rep (Alan), the finance folks (Mitch) and support personnel (Mason) were class acts. Very positive and upbeat experience! Ian was so helpful in making my experience buying my car a good one. He was very attentive and answered all our questions well, went over the options in detail without being pushy, and made the whole process really painless. Even before our visit, I was able to text him and let him know what I wanted to test drive, and he had it (ioniq 5) ready to go as soon as we got there. I ended up going with a different color— which they already had in their storage lot, so I was able get the exact car I wanted. He also was really good about checking in with us while we were waiting to give us updates and made sure we were comfortable even on a busy Saturday. Great experience.
Every time I've visited Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai the service has been good. This last visit, it was absolutely excellent. Thien provided some of the best customer care I've had in recent memory. He greeted me at the vehicle with a smile and positive attitude, explained everything throughout the appointment, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. It's a breath of fresh air to be treated so well by someone who clearly understands what it means to provide "customer service". He is an asset to the organization, and I look forward to working with him again the next time I need to bring the car in for anything. Fantastic job, Thien! Keep it up!
I felt like the sales crew really cared about my siyuation, they were very good at their job, keeping me informed the entire way thru the sale, the customer service was over the top great!!! I thabk Eill gor being so prefessional my fitst day into the store, he really worked hard to see that i was getting what i went for"a new car"! he did all the foot work for Mason the following day. Thanks Will. you did a great job. Mason was very good at finalizing the deal yesterday. he made sure I was familiar with the features of thr new car. and the best part was yhey took my old car and gave me way more money on it than iy eas worth by a few thousand. 5,900.00 exact. which helped eith yhe over all total price. I left vert Happy in a brand new car. i love thst place
