Hit and miss. They are open until 10pm 7days a week which is awesome. That being said i wounder at times if there is a actual mature manager there that knows how to keep the employees acting in an appropriate manner. Also, it should be an automatic question when finalizing a sale regarding your account and phone number. And if they do forget, and I point it out after the sale, fix it instead of pretend like its to late.

Jaidon is a star employee. I showed up Sunday afternoon 11/16 after my husband had accidentally purchased TWO of the wrong bulbs for my headlight and still couldn't figure out what to do. Jaidon diagnosed the issue, processed the return of one of the purchases, found the correct bulb I needed, and installed it AND the other bulb, while we stood in the rain by my car, AND while explaining the situation in a way I could understand. He was kind, friendly, respectful, and could have talked down to me (I'm 60 and he's probably not even 20 yet), but he didn't. Keep him. Promote him. Encourage him. You've got a future leader in Jaidon.
Exceptional Service — Every Single Time! Every time I visit AutoZone, I leave impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and genuine customer care I receive. This store has consistently gone above and beyond, and today’s visit was no exception. I came in needing new windshield wipers, windshield washer fluid, and Rain-X cleaner and protector. Kingston helped me right away and was absolutely fabulous — knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly from start to finish. He didn’t just point me toward the right products; he took the time to explain the differences, helped me choose the best options for my car, and made sure I understood how to use them. On top of it all, Kingston actually came outside, installed my new windshield wipers himself, and even poured the windshield fluid into my car for me. That level of service is rare these days and truly shows how much pride he takes in his work and how much he cares about the customers. Kingston is a true asset to AutoZone — professional, respectful, and incredibly helpful. Every interaction I’ve had at this store has been positive, but today’s experience stood out as exceptional. AutoZone should be proud to have him representing their company. Highly recommend this location for anyone who values top-notch service and real human kindness.
I went in off the cuff a couple of weeks ago, needing wiper blades. The staffer was very helpful, explained my choices after looking up my car, and then put them on for me and disposed of the old ones. It really made my day! (I tried to tip him to grab lunch for himself and he politely declined with a smile.) I will be back!
