Great experience at this auto parts store. The staff knew what they were talking about and helped me find exactly what I needed without any upsell nonsense. Service was quick and I was in and out fast. I’ll definitely be back next time my car needs something.
Great service at this location! I came in on the later side trying to find a headlight bulb and the two gentlemen at this store were very helpful and accommodating. Wish I’d gotten their names. Will be stopping by again next time I need something and I’m in that area!
12-19-25 Thanks to Steve at the Tigard location. I learned that some of the more expensive headlight bulbs don't last as long because they get much hotter than the old ones when I had to change them in less than a year. While it's true they don't last as long, he said they are guaranteed for a year. He told me to bring him back the blown out one and he'd reimburse me for the replacement because it was so soon. I went back today and he was there, and took care of it right away. Thanks for the great customer service Steve!
(2 part review for Tigard and Tualatin Valley stores) Part I: I want to thank the customer service representatives for their excellent service on Saturday, 11/22/25. Seeing a Check Engine light a week before your birthday and during is not exactly the best gift from the car gods during these days with the fiscal hardships I'm dealing with. I went in and Zachary started to help me. He was an excellent communicator and so patient. We both talked it all out and figured out what may be the issue. I went home took care of the biggest part (dying battery). I got back after a test drive so we can run another free diagnostic to think of what else could be the issue. He gave some good advice, a print out and it was too dark to continue where we left off. So, that was Part I of my Part II saga and O'Reilly's miraculous and best birthday gift ever!!! I needed to check on a check engine light. One of their staff came out with me and did the plug-in analyzer device. We went back inside and the computer read the results and determined that my fuel injector probably needed cleaning. I got a couple of bottles of it and it seems like my problem went away. Great service and skilled staff.
