On a Friday when every auto shop was at its busiest, both of my headlamps died within hours of each other. With ice storm warnings looming, I started to panic—I rely on my car for early morning commutes in the dark. Thankfully, John at Beaverton Carmax referred me to Rachel at Aamco. She listened to my situation with a sympathetic ear. Even though they were fully booked for the following Monday, she managed to squeeze me into their busy schedule for diagnostics and repairs. To me, that is the definition of exceptional service provided by friendly, effective people. Thank you again, Rachel!

I want to thank Paul, Josh and Rachel for the excellent service at Tigard AAMCO. The transmission on my 17 year old Kia Rondo gave out and Paul was able to find me a used option that made sense for the vehicle. It had always been a great run about car which I didn't really want to give up on and am glad to keep it working. Josh and Rachel were great on keeping me informed on the repair status and the whole experience went smooth and beyond what I thought possible from checking other options. the people at amcco in tigard are amazing. My car showed that it was over heating. i called made an appointment they got me in rather quickly to check out my issue. The issue would not duplicate for them they looked at my thermostat and my sensors they test drove it and nothing. They didn’t insist on any new parts, due to the overheating did not reveal itself. They listened to my concerns and told me to call them and bring it in if it happens again. They were professional and very kind. I have had them do work on my car before and everything went easy and simple.Rachel is so kind and helpful, as Jessie and the rest of the team. the service i received here was absolutely amazing. i didn't really interact with anyone beyond paul, the manager, but he was so gracious and kind, helping me with the financing option and walking me through exactly what was wrong with my car. he even applied an online coupon to help me out with the overall cost! i will only be taking my car here from here on out. :)

We had a severe engine problem with our 2017 Ford Edge and we took the vehicle to AAMCO Tigard. The manager, Paul J. was amazing to work with! He guided us through the warranty process and bent over backwards to make sure that the warranty was honored. We’ll be taking all of our future business to Paul!
