I appreciate the convenience of this place. They really do get you in and out as quick as possible without leaving any questions of mine unanswered. I appreciate the fact that they record on carfax the oil changes and the transmissions and the differentials.Things like that. A bonus is they are less expensive than going to Wilsonville Subaru.
I had my oil changed and DEQ emissions tested. Mason was great and very honest . He actually came in the lobby area to tell me my oil wasn't really due to be changed and it was still pretty clean. I still had it changed but it's awesome he gave me the choice. Well done!
It's been a while since I have gone here but I have to leave this review as the four previous times I went for an oil change, the price went up about $10 every time and upon calling to get a quote, has once again increased. Customer service is always on point. They are honest, prompt and efficient. I just can't justify the dramatic price increases over the duration of one year.
I've been coming to Fast Lane for years. Always feels like I'm treated with respect for both my time and my budget. They'll get you in and out faster than anywhere else AND they now have a mechanic on site seven days a week! So you can do more than just change the oil. Highly recommend.
I just moved to Oregon from Southern Illinois where I lived for nearly 40 years. My son recommended me to go here for my oil change and I'm so glad he did. All the employees were amazing and kept me informed during the whole process. Kind, friendly, fast and a very clean ladies room plus the free coffee was a bonus.
