My experience with WCO has been five star from start to finish! Exceptional communication. Wonderful customer service. First rate work. These folks love Range Rovers. They understand why we love them even when we know we shouldn't and they are AT LEAST 30% cheaper than the dealer, but with the same level of trust that they will do the job right! A job that was quotes at JRL at 14K ended up costing me 3k. Yeah. Not a typo. 12k/3k. You owe it to yourself and your rig to get a bid!

I used to take my car to the dealership because I honestly did not know where else to go. Every visit was a nightmare and almost enough to make me question owning the car at all. Then my car started doing this fun thing where it would just stop running. I took it to the dealer, they kept it for a few weeks, and then told me there was no issue. I still paid a fee for them to investigate, which was… comforting. Naturally, the problem happened again and I ended up with a car that would not run. I had it towed to West Coast, and the difference was night and day. They were kind, communicative, and actually listened. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a few days. No talking down to me, no vague shrugging, just straightforward help from people who clearly know these cars and want to solve the problem. They also gave me helpful guidance on a few things to keep an eye on moving forward, which I appreciated. I have already recommended them to several friends and they have absolutely earned my business going forward.

Highly recommended. They installed an air locker for my sprinter van. Also had a follow-up appointment for first oil change. In both occasions they mentioned small issues on my van that needed my attention, they just were making sure I have a great experience with my van. After leaving the shop I had some warnings on my van, I communicated the issues to them and they replied almost immediately, going beyond my expectations to ensure that it doesn’t happen again

Very professional and respected in the Sprinter and Land Rover community. I was passing through and needed a good eye and torque wrench on my suspension after near 18,000 miles of 4 month road trip in Canada and Alaska. Bryce and his team are on top of their game. This shop will be around for the next generation as Chance is a talented and level headed young man. Great family business.

This group of Rover nerds, headed by the brilliant Bryce who can tell you nearly anything you would ever want to know about Land Rovers of any model and age, are amazing. After my first dealer service for my new 2021 Defender without basics such as the cabin filter being changed (and I live on a gravel road, duh) I will never go back to the dealer again. Bryce and team have helped in so many ways to keep my baby running smoothly, including changing out wheels so I can get decent tires for gravel roads, and recommending the right tires.
