I had a system stolen out of my car, and didn't want to go back to the previous installer. I called around to find some alternatives, and Zach was incredibly helpful over the phone – he took the time to hear what I wanted out of the new system, offer recommendations, and put together a really reasonable quote. Their install work was really good, and they've been great about the few little fiddly things I wanted changed after the fact. I have a lot of confidence in their expertise and professionalism, and my car sounds great once again! Thanks to Zach and the whole AutoPrada team.

Several years ago, I had a keyless entry system and car stereo installed in my Toyota LandCruiser. Recently, the keyless entry stopped working, so I brought it back to the shop. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and fixed the problem quickly — at no charge, even though the business is now under new ownership, I'm sure out of warranty, etc. It’s rare to find this kind of honest, reliable car audio and auto electrical service these days. They truly stand behind their work and care about their customers. I’m very grateful and highly recommend them for any car audio, keyless entry, or auto electrical needs.

I had the team here put in an AppleCare play device on my 2017 Lexus CT200h. It used the stock screen and works perfectly. Great price on the labor and good communication.

Couldn't be happier with this company. They treated me with respect and kindness even when I could tell they were having a stressful day. They worked with me to get the best alarm system for the price I was willing to pay, and got it installed within a day. They even gave me a loaner vehicle for the day for free. The show room was a bit cluttered and disorganized, but it didn't bother me. It would have been nice to see a few demos of products besides speakers and stereos but I get that's their main thing. I did have to return to get my alarm adjusted for sensitivity, but they got right on it without any pushback and I was out of there in no time. I would definitely give them a look if you're interested in an alarm system or camera installation.

I've been coming here for many years and multiple vehicle stereo upgrades. This time was for the window tinting in my new/used car. Fantastic work, great prices, and the personal job you get from the owner, Pete, is superb. I will always come back to them as they are the best in town. They offer multiple car upgrades for all cars.
