As is stated many times. Customer service is terrible. They sold me a junk part, advertised as a good used part. It was so bad it was unusable. The they would not give a refund for shipping to me or the return shipping. Had to eat shipping to send it back. So I paid $35 just to start back at the beginning of needing a usable part. Will not be dealing with these guys again. Very unreasonable to deal with.

Good transmission, terrible customer service Won’t be using this company again. Asked on the phone when placing my order if the free shipping also covered the core return and was told yes if it’s going to a commercial address, core return was less than half of what is advertised as to cover shipping costs. When I asked about that Spencer said sorry for the confusion but it’s posted on the website in giant letters. (The “giant” letters are the smallest text on the screen of the website) A bit deceptive. Should move the location of this next to core return on the pricing sheet where it makes the most sense as you can see a breakdown of pricing and what to expect back and also not tell people on the phone the wrong information. I asked because it was important to know. Also took forever to get back core refund. Spencer was very nice to deal with up front when purchasing but a bit of a dick when it came to dealing with the core refund. Wish I would have just kept my old transmission and rebuilt it locally. Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. Thanks.

Same as many ordered transmission. Waited months for it. Was sent incorrect transmission year so had to modify with parts supplied by them weeks later to install. Transmission will not work at all. In process of removing again and rebuilding properly. Waste of money and excessive amount of time. Company never returns calls after saying they will call back when they get a chance.
