Really grateful to the team at this Les Schwab. I was on my way from Tacoma to Salem for an event but picked up a razor blade in my tire coming into Portland. Despite being slammed that afternoon, they patched the tire and quickly got me back on the road. Even knowing I wasn’t likely to be a repeat customer, they treated me with every kindness and it is truly appreciated.

More reviews on GoogleAll my experiences at Les Schwab have been great. This time, Mark helped pinpoint a problem. His knowledge of the general mechanics and possible issues was impressive.
I am always impressed by Les Schwab -- both this location and any other that I've visited. I came in without an appointment on a somewhat busy afternoon, and they were able to get to my car in about an hour. Upon being unable to repair the severe damage from an embedded slab of metal, they immediately implemented my warranty protection and installed a new tire for under $40. I really appreciate the no-hassle approach -- they have all the information stored so I didn't even have to think about it or remind them that I have warranty protection. This was also my second visit to this location in the last few months. On the other occasion, I showed up about 20 minutes before closing with a punctured tire that I hadn't even purchased there. I assumed I'd need to leave it overnight, but they fixed it before closing, reinstalled it on my car, and sent me on my way -- at no charge. Who does this anymore? My experiences with customer service in most places are generally terrible these days, but to me, Les Schwab is a model of how an honest business should be run -- with professionalism, integrity, and pride in good work. I always appreciate it. Thank you!
Saved my Friday Night money making as a Lyft driver. It was less than 10 mins before close, and I’d come in just to make sure I wasn’t in serious driving danger from a tire pressure alert. These gentlemen were able to inspect, quickly diagnose, and then remedy my tire rim all within business hours. And the best part, they didn’t charge me a dime. So I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there for saving a humble driver’s primary source of income on one the busiest days of the week during the holiday season. 🙏 Blessed to be part of your community!
I’ve used Les Schwab my entire driving life (11 years) and today I had the worst experience for the first time at this location. I was told the wait was hours, totally fine. I have a 2 month old baby and a 4 year old with me, I got them comfortable and we were waiting. I understand appointments take presidency and we were almost at 2 hours waiting. I asked the person at the desk if I could make an appointment for the next day since my car hadn’t been touched and I was worried it wouldn’t be serviced until close. The persons response was just “your call will be serviced by close”. I told him I wasn’t sure if I would need multiple new tires and I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to make a plan in time since it was less than an hour until close. He was just looking at me and didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to say so I said I’ll just make the appointment on my own. He then proceeded to do exactly what I would have liked which was to give me some options on what I would be having to pay. He could have also told me to look into their financing and maybe apply? But instead he chose to help a couple who came in over an hour and a half after me, look at tire options for them, even looked at their car outside for them. I asked for my keys back and of course she tells me my car was up next. I left with my kids. Someone could have communicated with me at least once to tell me where my car was at in line to be serviced or anything but instead my kids and I were patient and I don’t know what’s happening with my car.
