I drive my car a lot for my business every day so it's challenging to find time to get my car in for its regular oil change and a couple minor items to fix. Turns out it was time for several routine maintenance care items which lengthened the time my car would be in the shop, potentially going into the next day. Eric and his crew did a fabulous job of getting everything taken care of in that one day. Plus he found some sales and coupons to help me save a lot of money.

Told me they could flush & change the brake fluid on my car no problem. They call me just after getting back home from dropping my car off to tell me it can only be done by the dealer. They also gave me a time quote of 3-4 hours when I got there, but was told 45mins-1hour at most over the phone. And to top it all off they put me on an email newsletter that I never consented to.

I found Sun Tire and Auto while looking to get emergency tire repair on one of my tires w/a huge nail in it the night before work. I work an early morning shift so it was impossible to even get an appt before work. Every place I searched online for listing tire repairs was already booked for late in the day or several days out. Sun Auto and Tire was the only place I found open at 730am for same day having open 9am appt and was as ecstatic to get 9am appt. Eric got me all set up, I was going to wait for the flat repair, o had to get to work, but because where the nail was located very close to sidewall, could not be safely repaired. His tech did an overall maintenance check with photos of my car and gave me recommendations maintance report including needing a new tire. He didnt have my tire size in stock but ordered it same day and had it replaced by end of the day. Very happy with overall service I recieved and will be going back to other maintenance services I need. Very reasonable tire price though not the original tire shop I bought my set of tires from. I definately recommend Sun Tire and Auto !!

My vehicle was in dire need of an oil change so I called a couple places to get quotes for the service and I stumbled upon Sun Auto Tire & Services. Thank goodness I did because the store manager, Eric, went above and beyond to make sure I was properly serviced and taken care of. This automotive shop left me highly satisfied and feeling appreciated as a customer. I definitely will be coming back for other services. I HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for auto work and can’t beat em’ deals

So, this is my 2nd time taking my ride to this shop. Had a great 1st experience, so why not. Steering was getting bad and I knew that because they do a safety inspection when you bring your car in. However, this time they said my radiator was bad. It was under "warranty" and what was supposed to be a easy in and out job. Warranty company made it anything but easy for Eric, zeek( I believe that was his name) and Sun Auto. 2 weeks and 4 days later I finally picked up my SUV. But this is why I love to post positive 5star reviews. These guys just straight took care of me. As a shop, they took ownership stopped dealing with my warranty company. And just took care of their customer. Me! As a business owner in this community, this needs to hailed and shouted! Thank you! Eric and his team for taking care of me! I highly recommend Sun Auto!
