I have a 69 Mustang that needed a full detail.Due to its age you have to be very careful with paint correction. Fresh Start understood that. They walked me through my different options and we made a joint determination on the process. The best part was that there was no "up sell" of additional services. I was pleased with the quote. Long story short- Fresh Start crushed it. My car looks like a show car. Highly recommend
This is the 2nd time we've had our car here for a ceramic coating. First time was in 2018. We're so happy. Car looks brand new again. Caleb was very knowledgeable and never tried to upsale anything we didn't ask about. Probably going to bring a second car in for a quick detail. There's a reason this business has has been around since 1983.
Did a great job ceramic coating my new car. The difference before and after were very apparent in terms of the shine of my car. They were able to finish the coating in a day, and also had loaner cars for use which was extremely convenient. Caleb was also very friendly and gave very practical and detailed guidance on how to take care of my vehicle afterwards. Highly recommend them and I will come back here for future coating and detailing needs.
I strongly recommend Fresh Start Detail. I have been fighting hard water spots on my black Jeep Wrangler since it was purchased in November of 2024. The dealer tried unsuccessfully to remove the water spots several times. Fresh Start Detail was able to remove the water spots the first time and the Jeep looked better than new. Based on the results I opted to have the Opti-Coat Pro3 applied. The results were better than I had expected. The depth of the paint is amazing. No more hard water spots and I love the new look. I can't thank Fresh Start Detail enough. Caleb was great to work with and the results are outstanding. Just check out the photo's. FYI. The Ceramic Coating applied is the OPTI PRO3. It was applied to the full vehicle including coating all glass. The fabric convertible top was thoroughly cleaned and a protectant was applied. The vehicle is a black 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 Final Edition.
I had my car corrected/ceramic coated at Fresh Start after a previous application done by somebody else left buffer halos, and the results absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only were they able to polish out the halos and carwash scratches, the quality of the work is obvious the moment you see the car—deep gloss, flawless reflections, and a finish that looks better than when it left the dealership. The team took their time to prep the paint properly, explaining each step so I knew exactly what I was getting. You can tell they genuinely care about their craft and treat every vehicle like their own. The coating is incredibly smooth, water beads right off, and cleaning the car has never been easier. On top of the great work, the customer service was exceptional—friendly, honest, and clearly knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and were upfront about maintenance and expectations. If you're looking for high-quality ceramic coating from people who take pride in their work, this shop is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone who wants their car to look its absolute best.
