I had a fantastic car-buying experience at Ron Tonkin Honda! I came in for a test drive and met with Katie, and she was absolutely awesome. She made me feel comfortable right away—no pressure, no upselling, just honest, helpful guidance. Katie took the time to point out all the features and even a few potential drawbacks of the model I was considering, which I really appreciated. It was such a refreshing experience. If you’re heading to Ron Tonkin Honda, definitely ask for Katie—she’s the best!

Lured us there under false pretenses and then switched the terms after making us wait forever. After things didn’t go the salesman’s way he had a meltdown and treated us with incredible disrespect and was beyond unprofessional. I can’t emphasis enough to avoid this dealership. EDIT AFTER DEALER REPLY- You should be ashamed of yourself for your half truths and manipulation. I provided several pics of the car on the auction site that were both recent and accurate depictions of the car. The only difference of those pics vs the car we brought was it was washed right before the pictures. I’d like to assume you grown adults can recognize a car just needs ran thru a car wash. I would have washed it but you all demanded I bring it to you next day. Hense why my husband took work off. My issue isn’t as much the clear manipulation to get us there and low ball us. It was the way you did it. Your salesman and managers wasted my husbands time intentionally to run out the clock. Additionally you were incredibly rude to him. Slamming the check on the table and not speaking to him then walking away. You are children. We came to you OVER a different dealer who bid higher on the car because we were told same day equity check. Then magically you changed your mind. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. The car needed new front tires and a $150 clear coat. That’s $1000 maybe. And I was happy to come down that much below the original price. Not the $2100 you demanded. We were very reasonable. You were shiesty and greedy. Shame on you. This is why your industry has zero trust from its customers. I will tell my wide net of friends and colleagues to avoid your dealership at all costs. Additionally as a business owner I strongly encourage you to have a conversation with your staff about not treating people the way they treated my husband.

Decided after almost 26 years to trade in my 2001 Honda Civic that I loved. I worked with a great team to get my next Honda. Great communication: They listened to what I wanted and negotiated with me to get a new 2025 Honda HRV Sport, which is perfect for me. Erica was great and really helped me with my options. I couldn’t be more happy with the car that I came home with! Thank you to the entire Honda team! The car on the right is my new 2025 Honda HRV Sport!

Another great experience at Ron Tonkin Honda leasing a new vehicle. Our Sales Consultant Erika Weber did an amazing job helping us with our search for a new 2026 Honda Civic Sport Hybrid Hatchback. Shout out to Zach for locating our color we wanted. I know it’s frustrating for both parties having to leave the dealership and wait but the search was quick! Teresa in finance helped us out as well making sure we got everything we needed in finance. The whole team helped entertain our daughter the entire time and we are very grateful working with such a caring group. If anyone is looking for an easy and professional sales experience ask for Erika Weber. Thank you again! Excited to put some miles on our new car.

Never bought a car from a dealership before, but Hayden and the team at Tonkin Honda made it very easy. Hayden was awesome at finding the car that fit my budget and credit situation. They got me into a used 2019 Honda C-RV which fit mine and my family’s needs for a vehicle. I’m very thankful my first time buying from a dealership was a great experience, and they did a great job of explaining everything. Would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who’s a first time buyer.
