We were told it would take $275 and 1-2 hours to replace a burnout headlamp bulb. As I write this, we’ve been waiting 2.5 hours. The lounge here is lovely, but it doesn’t make up for the extra time.

My car was towed in to the service department for the third time last night. What was supposed to be resolved for the electrical issue never was I guess. The above review was written the morning after the car died. It happened on a very busy street and we were blocking traffic heading directly at us on a dark evening. We were lucky we did not get run into. Since this was the third time this happened I put the blame on the service department. After much research I now know it is a Hyundai engineering issue and the service department is limited to what they could do to have a permanent fix. Dick Hanna has a motto “Believe in Nice”. They certainly lived up to that motto. I was rude and angry when I called the next morning. My apologizes to Jessica and Ann. You both handled my call with professionalism and never lost your cool even though you had every right too. The whole process of getting my car back to me was incredibly well done. Thanks to everyone at Dick Hanna that I dealt with. We have since purchased a new 2026 IONIQ5 from your dealership. Your Believe in Nice will keep us coming back.
Everything is good as far as I can see. Shelby and the parts guy and the other dude who initially helped me in the back corner of the shop was great and helpful. Love the video inspection. I feel like everybody should be doing that for transparency. Just be careful next time there was an oil stain on my seat but good thing it wiped off since it's leather it's just a little sticky but I can fix that. I know my car is a bit messy but stuff like that shouldn't happen specially at the dealership. Otherwise everything was awesome. I'll see you guys at the next oil change!
The guy I worked with was wonderful ready when I showed up knowledgeable. Dick Hannah has a way of inspecting your car and looking for anything they can replace or repair so you rarely leave without a bill. I took my Palisade in for paint falling off two year old car. I wanted it inspected for that issue I got a report back that the car needed new cabin filters and brake fluid replaced. Mind you I brought the car in to address the recalled paint job. This happened in Vancouver with my Toyota to the point I had to ask them NOT to call me and give me all the things they want to replace I will take a report into consideration when I pick it up. They gave me a Lyft home and picked me up great service by this team I just with the hard sales wasn’t part of every service. Now they say I need four new tires as well. I will get those next year. Other than the constant find something to replace this experience was great. I don’t fault my person helping me I know this is Dick Hannah culture from my experience at Vancouver. This is probably a turn off to most people.
