I had a great experience at Ron Tonkin Chevrolet. Car buying is usually stressful, but the team there made the process smooth and easy. Archie was amazing to work with. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I finally decided I deserved a new car and since I had a great service experience at Ron Tonkin Chevy, I returned to buy a new car on January 29! Customer service impeccable from having the door opened for me to enter the showroom, offered coffee and met with talented sales staff Talia. She was friendly, professional and so knowledgeable about the specifics of the car I was interested in - I was so impressed! She had the answer for every question I had right at her fingertips- she made it easy to choose my new car at Ron Tonkin Chevy. The car was immaculate inside and out, plus under the hood, despite being a 2017 model. Extremely happy with my entire experience and just love my new car!! Thank you Talia!
