Tried to buy a truck, the guy marinated me for 15 minutes while looking at his screen and then disappeared to discuss whatever funny stuff with his manager for another 20 minutes. Eventually I left and went to another dealer that acted like he needs my business.

Only Ford dealer I trust. They helped me with a recall issue on my Escape and acted as intermediary, getting everything done timely and with full disclosure. Special shout out to Colton in Service. He took on my pet project with Ford Motor Company & were so good to work with. Issue was messy and he really made a bad situation better. I would definitely use them for all vehicle needs. I also have purchased a vehicle from them & was very happy till I upgraded. Thank you Northside for being dependable, fair, concerned for my issue being handled correctly, and all around a good business to work with. I have, & will continue to recommended your business..

I broke my windshield wiper arm & a general mechanic told me I needed to go through a Ford dealership to get it fixed. It has been the easiest Ford experience I've ever had. Tanner was super responsive and a clear communicator during the quoting and scheduling process. Their mobile team came to me, which was especially nice because I was within their travel radius so it was at no extra cost. Wyatt and Taevious came out, they were friendly and even drilled holes for me to put on my front license plate (I've just moved from a state that doesn't require one) and installed my new windshield wipers.

First, I never write reviews but this one felt warranted on a positive note. I took my 2023 Trail transit here for an oil change and recall servicing and Justin, the service manager was a beyond helpful and understanding when I told him my experience at other Ford dealerships was not ideal considering all the $ I had just spent and the disappointment I was facing bc of said recalls. Their vehicle pick up and drop off service is clutch and I didn’t have to miss my work day in the midst of sacrificing my vehicle. Thank you, You will be my #1 dealership for all servicing needs.

We’ve been using Northside for years now with our smaller railroad trucks. Never thought to leave a review but after using so many others in Portland these guys stand out. Great staff can make the difference! people like Micheal W. gives me confidence when we are out on the tracks and Justin for clear communication even when we bug him with multiple phone calls. Keep it up guys.
