I recently had my Tesla repaired at Mackin's Auto Body and had a great overall experience. Nate assisted me throughout the process, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. He was very helpful, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The body repair work was excellent—my Tesla looks brand new. The quality and professionalism of the team really stood out, and I appreciate the care they took with the vehicle. One small issue I ran into was that when I came to pick up the car, the battery was extremely low. While I understand I had dropped it off with a low charge as well, it would have been really helpful if the team had added just enough charge to make getting to a nearby station a little easier. I just barely made it, and a small top-up would have made a big difference. That said, I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Mackin’s. Big thanks again to Nate and the rest of the team!

Very happy with the work on my Tesla Y. Looks like it did when we bought it. Greatly appreciate their keeping me informed via text how the repair was progressing- not too much info on too little. Will happily recommend Mackin's to friends and family.

Mackin’s does excellent work, and their communication is top notch. They know their Teslas and the Tesla repair system. Nate kept me updated regularly throughout the process with a detailed status for each step and was available to answer questions as I had them. Ryan, the location manager, addressed a panel gaps issue I brought up quickly and thoroughly. Everyone was friendly and helpful the entire time, and they shepharded the car through the repair process with the other party’s insurance to make everything as easy as possible. They’re a popular shop, so have some patience - getting your Tesla repaired here is worth the wait to have it done right. (Before and After photo attached)
