I sent my husband to pick up some items we ordered on the Ford website. It was supposed to next day pick up. It took 4 days b4 it was ready. But overall, good service, accurate and we used our Ford points toward our purchase. We bought our Bronco Sport 2025 at Dougherty Ford in Forest Grove, though.

More reviews on GoogleI have the privilege to deal with Ray Croon as the service advisor at Northside Ford. He always goes above and beyond with the customer service when when we drop Vehicles for repairs or warranty related issues. I deal with multiple vendors on a daily basis and this level of customer service is hard to find. Thanks, Ray
Not so good of 1st impressions. My first time visit today, so...maybe I'm kicking a dog when it's down but...to get Ransomware'd and get shutdown just shows the huberis of dealers in general, making bank and not paying attention to the actual environment they are stealing money from their consumers.
I had a catalytic converter stoled from my Motorhome last December. My local repair shop order a New converter from Northside Ford at the end of December. They were told a replacement would be shipping from the factory about Jan 16th. On January 19th we were told the part had shipped from the factory. As of yesterday January 28th, we’re are not sure when it will be here! We are being told it my be on the Jan. 16th shipment or the ’ next’ shipment. But no one seems to be able to track the P.O. and shipment from the factory to Northside Ford. Additional note added 02/30/23: I forgot to mention that I had to pay in advance for a part that I can not get delivered. Added note 02/03/23 Still waiting for an update. On Feb. 8th I spoke with the Parts Manager Jered. After he did some checking he was able to find out the rest of the story from Ford. It appears that the manufacturer of the part is either out of business or no longer making the ORM Catalytic Converter I need. It will be a minimum of 2 months before they might see the part. Jered is now trying to work on a better solution.
Was blown away by the service at Northside. I’m not a Ford guy, but the wife bought a expedition and had to get trailer brakes installed. We dropped it off and they called back later the same day to let us know it was finished. Tried calling other dealerships to get a price and got answers ranging from it can’t be done to we don’t know how much it will cost. You need to bring it in for an estimate. Northside gave us a price over the phone and did everything they said they would. I love seeing the people doing what they say they’re going to do.
