My windshield wiper arm needed to be pulled off and I didn't have the tool. They were so nice and professional. They got me in right away and didn't charge me for removing the wiper arm. I tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept the tip. Amazing service. Highly recommended. One Happy Customer!
I have been going to Wilson for more than a decade, and he has been great to work with. When money was tight, he gave me options on what issues should be prioritized, and what might be able to wait for a little. I have always absolutely trusted him. I can't say enough about the service he has consistently provided to myself and my fiends over the years. 10/10
Cost me thousands for NOTHING! Wilson did very poor work that had to be done correctly. I gave several chances to correct the many issues and Wilson said, "I do not warranty my labor!". So why have a shop if you do not stand by work? I was referred here. Such a horrible referral. As a person, Wilson is a nice guy. As a mechanic, does very poor work! I have a dodge ram 1500. It had a bunch of issues: Breaks, rotors, water pump, coolant fan, and some other minor stuff. After having the water pump replaced Wilson said the head had blown. In reality he didn't install the water pump correctly. I went to another shop and literally had to have 90% of the work Wilson did redone! I gave Wilson several chances to do the work correctly and even came back to be met with his famous quote, "I do not warranty my labor!". The fact is, if you need an oil change, he can maybe do that. If you have anything more than that, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!! Go to Blue Lake in Fairview for quality work done right the first time with a warranty on the labor and the parts.
Wilson is the only mechanic I trust with my car. He's smart knowledgeable and fast. His prices are incredible when paired with his knowledge. I wouldn't trust my car in the hands of anyone else. He'll fix your car and then show you everything he did and what else may be causing issues which isn't something I've seen any other mechanics do.
Amazing amazing amazing. I am blown away by the level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service that I received from Wilson and Jess! I called and they got me in same day. I had to leave my car overnight for repairs, and it was done first thing the next morning. It was so fast! I could tell that they genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. Wilson was incredibly transparent throughout the whole process. He was super knowledgeable, informed, and very thorough. He went above and beyond for me and my car and got me back on the road with no shenanigans. The prices were very fair and there wasn’t anything unexpectedly added to the bill. I am SO happy I found this little family run business. They earned a lifelong customer and I hope they win you over, too!
