Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and explained services that were additionally needed besides my side mirror replaced. The service center was super clean and it was nice they offered beverages while you wait. Nate was the best! He was friendly and professional….even got to meet his dog, Bronco. Love that!
Had a super great experience with the service center. Ken and his team were great and very helpful, very responsive and very easy to work with. I’ll absolutely take my vehicle back again.
Andre the service person was very helpful in a big electrical repair of my 2009 mini clubman. He was communicative all along the ten day that it took to do a major repair. He kept me in the loop and made getting a loaner vehicle during this time.
As always, MINI Portland and Andre took great care of me and my MINI! The video inspection was packed with details that made decision making quick and easy!
Needed an oil change quickly. Service department was very helpful and quick. Everybody we talked with was very knowledgeable about Minis and showed us features about our car we hadn't learned yet. I will definitely be back for all of my Mini service needs.
