My name is Rachel, bought a car with my partner Kylie here today. Kylie was a return customer. We had excellent service from a sales man named “Tek”. He was so easy going and great to be around. Very helpful, and made sure we got exactly what we asked for, he was not pushy! Which you can’t say that about a lot of salesman. We appreciate the experience and will customers for years to come because of him!
We had a great experience working with Taylor Bursheim to buy my dream car, which happened to be a pre-owned Audi they had on their lot. No pressure, just helpfulness throughout the process. We were even able to leave with my car the same day even though we hadn’t come prepared with everything we thought we’d need. Taylor and the MB team got creative to make it happen. The car was in beautiful shape when they handed it off to me; they had done a great job of taking care of the car and getting it ready for us! We’d highly recommend working with him for a super positive car buying experience!

This was the best experience I have ever had with dealing with a car repair / servicing! I have been to so many places over the years and nothing compared to the service that JD gave me at the Mercedes Benz of Beaverton! The way he communicated with me, had multiple technicians analzye the car, provided me with an outstanding loaner car free of charge and how he handled everything throughout the major car repair we needed was truly exceptional. I had an opportunity to get the car fixed for a cheaper price but because of the outstanding customer service I was given by JD from the moment I walked in and shook his hand I knew I had someone I could trust who would deliever the best service possible. I will not take our car anywhere else and if you are looking for the best with high integrity, JD is who you need to work with at Mercedes Benz of Beaverton!
