I would recommend this Les Schwab over a lot of the other locations I’ve gone to. The staff does a great job and makes sure it is done right. They listen to customers, unlike the Hood River location. They even helped pinpoint an issue I was having with my car!
Les Schwab, unlike other repair places was willing to make a service call for a reasonable charge.. The technician spent quite a long time fixing the issue that was complicated without complaint and further charges. The call saved the need for towing and related charges. I highly recommend this option.
Before Christmas, the front tire on my two-year-old Toyota started leaking very slowly. I went to a Toyota dealership, where I was told the leak was in an unusual spot and couldn’t be repaired, and that replacing the tire was the only option at a cost of $420. Instead, I decided to give this place a try—and I’m so glad I did. They repaired the tire in just 30 minutes and assured me the fix was permanent. Even better, the service was completely free. I’ve been driving for two weeks since, and the tire is holding perfectly. Thank you so much for the excellent service. From this moment on, I will be a loyal customer of Les Schwab.
I got a flat tire this morning and brought my car to Les Schwab Tire Center in Clackamas. Even though they were very busy, they fixed my tire quickly and at no charge. I especially want to recognize the young gentleman who helped me Owen. I asked if I needed new windshield wipers, and he answered all my questions kindly. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this location.
What a great experience my boyfriend and I had here at Les Schwab!! Our tire started going flat called and made an appointment immediately. As soon as we pulled up to the store we were greeted by someone asking us what our problem was. We then told them we had an appointment and they pulled us in right away. We get into the lobby and it is so clean, and have the tires displayed very nicely. I walk over to the restroom and it was so clean! It also somewhere for me to put my bag, which I appreciate. They also have two vending machines as well as complimentary popcorn and coffee. They then quoted us and put in our spare tire while we figured out what option we would do. Amazing!! 10/10
