Our brand new Toyota Rav4 Prime, our first new car in 18-years, was grazed by another car avoiding a third vehicle. There was a pretty substantial scuff and a very faint crease. I took it to eight different body shops trying to find a repair option that wouldn't bankrupt the young lady that hit us. I got bids from $1,100.00 (at a really sketchy place) up to $5,900.00. Erick Ramirez was the last person I took it to. His first response was, "let me buff and polish it to see what it looks like." He had me pull it up, right then, and buffed out the side of the car—for no charge. It does have a spot that distorts reflections if you look from the right angle, but we decided that we could live with that. I understand that doing a full repair might have been better, and we might be too soft, but the point of this review is that Erick is a very honest man, his son was great (and their dog, Madi, is the cutest thing ever). I will refer everyone I know to Ramirez Autobody, and if I ever have business for him I will be back.

Really good service and excellent job … finished earlier then what we expected. Very good communication, he makes sure everything is perfect and in great condition. I recommend this Autobody shop 100% really good people as well.
