I had an issue with the emergency break. I am happy to say that they looked at it honestly and fixed the problem for the cost of the diagnostic fee. They could very easily have inflated the problem hence the cost. I feel confident when I take my car to them that they will give me an honest analysis.
We have been taking our cars to Same Day Auto Service for nearly 15 years. They are honest, reliable, personable and competent. They really do have your car ready the same day you bring it in, but if it will take longer, they are great at communicating that, too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a qualified mechanic.
I love this place! The folks here are friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I brought my Honda in for a faulty Transmission Fluid Sensor and they replaced it, only to find that rodents had chewed through some wires and that was shorting out the sensors. The replaced the wires and covered them with rodent-resistant material and didn't charge a dime over the initial sensor replacement. My car runs beautifully again. My aunt has been coming here for years, and now I will as well. Thank you!!!!!
Not many shops can work on smart’s. So on a whim we called here to see if they can work on them and thankfully they could! My parents have gone here for over 15 years for their toyotas and honda and have had nothing but a positive experience! I can safely say I had the same experience myself! The smart is my first non toyota car so I had a lot of questions Steve answered them throughly and found out all the information I needed. Booking an appointment was easy and the price we paid was reasonable. The inspection was very thorough as well and I left feeling way more confident about my smarts drive ability! Thank you sameday for fixing up our car! We will be coming here for all future needs for our smart and toyotas! extra big thank you to Steve for being so kind and answering all my questions!
