This location, the staff seemed knowledgeable enough. The problem is they didn’t look happy, or sound professional. Just kind of straight faced and going through the motions. When I come into a place to spend my hard earned Dollar I like positive customer interactions. These guys are probably under pad for what they do so I get it, how ever next time a little extra customer service goes along way. I could have had my nephew do this and had the same treatment.

My first time at Jiffy Libe was terrible. The staff were not interested in helping me with a discount. They basically said I didn’t purchase the right the of oil. ?? (They recommended the oil!!!) ugh. I’m left upset and confused. Staff was not helpful, rude and not interested. Zero stars. The district seems like a scam.

People you can trust with great customer service! I was greeted right when I pulled in. They respectfully went over my cars needs and fixed what was in my budget today! I’ll definitely be back to get more work done. I think it’s safe to say this is my new spot to get my oil changed.

Took my car here for an oil change on Monday and now I need a new radiator because the grommet that hold my radiator in place got lost so my radiator was just flopping around. And I Wasn’t told anything… don’t trust them to work on my ever again….

This is our favorite Jiffy Lube and lucky for us. It is near the house. We always get an oil change here. Sometimes we have gotten tires and various fluids changed and topped off. The service this time was very good. Lucky for me there was no one in line in front of me. I know the guys had had a long day and they were just getting ready to sit down and I showed up! It was very quick and easy. I had to do two extra services with the brake fluid and the radiator fluids changed. I was given a quote, I called my husband we decided to go ahead and do it, and I was amazed at how fast it happened. The only drawback here, which is why I didn’t give it five stars, was the very first person who greeted me and told me to go into the garage was not very friendly. Everyone after that was. Maybe he was hoping his day would be over soon. I silently wished him well-being, but it didn’t make me feel very welcome at first.
