I got my nose re-pierced yesterday by Alexander. They were so kind, thorough, and had a trauma-informed approach that I really appreciated. The front desk staff were also great and kept things running smoothly with a busy shop. Alexander also gave me a 10% discount because my appointment was running a little bit behind (great customer service). I also got my septum pierced here a few years ago and had a solid experience then. Highly recommend this shop!

Ares did my nipples, seconds on earlobes, and my second nose piercing (which perfectly matched the other side) Adorn’s jewelry is great quality and they even have some luxurious pieces that i’m gonna save up for! Ares was not only professional and sweet, but also managed to reopen my firsts on my earlobes; I was sure they had closed but they were willing to give it a shot, and now i can finally wear the dangly earrings i dreamed of as a kid. They were also so intentional about the placing of each piercing, readjusting in a way that made me trust them and the shop even more. Overall, my experience was just amazing, hands down. I can’t wait to recommend them to anyone who asks :3

I was visiting from out of state during the summer of last year and have been following Adorn on Instagram for a while. I decided to book an appointment to get my philtrum piercing re-done. This is by far the best piercing experience I've ever had! They have a great selection of high quality jewelry, and the staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I booked my appointment with Ares, who was very kind and comforting during the whole experience. It's been a few months now, and my piercing is healing beautifully. 10/10, I will definitely come back when visiting Portland again.

Multiple family members and I have gotten piercings at Adorn East over the years, most recently a couple weeks ago. Everyone we’ve come into contact with has been fantastic- so professional, thoughtful, knowledgeable. I really appreciated such a great experience.

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I’ve been a few times for piercings and assistance, and each time the staff were so patient and helped me understand each step and what jewelry options were available for my specific piercing. This really means a lot to me and is a huge deciding factor in me returning for future services at any establishment. Thank you to all the awesome staff!
