Mindy and Lively have helped me immensely every time I contact them! I'm a woman who doesn't know much about cars, and I've had bad experiences with other mechanics overselling me or talking down to me, so I was delighted when I started going to HM Motorsports and found people who treated me like an intelligent person who simply didn't know about cars yet. Mindy has been my go-to for explaining what my car needs and helping me choose wisely in order to keep my VW running smoothly for years to come. When Lively joined the team, she had that same excellent manner of making sure that I was informed about what my car needed now and what could wait for later, and could explain to me the why and how of it all. I'm so grateful to both Mindy and Lively for giving me service I can trust and making sure I'm taken care of, so my car continues to be safe and reliable!

Needed a set of new tires FAST! Mindy found them for us about 4pm and by 10:30 the next morning we were on the road! She is committed to customer service and her product knowledge is outstanding. HM is a better place because of her and the crew.

I have worked with Mindy for over five years across three vehicles and over a dozen service visits. I can say with absolute certainty that Mindy is hands-down the best service advisor I have worked with. From her communication to her vehicle knowledge and demeanor, she has all of the bases covered. She goes above and beyond to ensure that I have an exceptional experience and leave feeling comfortable that my vehicle is in capable and trustworthy hands. In the rare event that something doesn't go according to plan, she is quick to offer solutions and does everything in her power to make it right with as little inconvenience as possible to the client. There is never any blame, excuses, or deflection on her part. The only thing she cares about is making sure the issue is corrected. If anything, I place more importance on how someone responds when things don't go perfectly, and Mindy knocks it out of the park. If you have a VW, Mazda, or Volvo, or other car that you care about, you must give Mindy and the team at HM a try. If they are good enough for me, I can say with confidence they will be good enough for you. Thanks for taking care of Casey and me, Mindy!!

My new best friends. Took forever to start modifying my cx-5 because my old dealership (let's just say they definitely did not give MOORE) made everything such a hastle. They wouldn't even touch my brakes to do a tire rotate and brake check during regular service just because I had aftermarket wheels. They wouldn't even install my oem parts that I bought through them. Blew my mind. Finally found HM Motorsports. It's like a breath of fresh air. They installed my lowering springs, and they painted a couple of my oem parts I purchased through Herzog to replace the white. Fantastic job, with a quick turnaround. Fair pricing, and really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mindy answered every question I had, and the guy that cashed me out the next day upon pickup was real friendly. Can't wait to come back for the rest of the stuff I have lined up.

The salesman Jay Jordan provided excellent customer service. He was extremely nice and informative on all the questions that I had. I would recommend anyone who goes to HM Motorsports to work with Jay Jordan if you get the chance. I guarantee you will be more than satisfied with whatever you need.
