Everything about my experience with this service center has been exceptional. Brenda called me back the same day that I reached out, and was able to get my Miata in for the following morning. I was having some drainage pipe issues causing some flooding in the car and it was urgent that it'd be taken care of as soon as possible. Greg set my mind at ease with a reasonable quote and timeline for the diagnostic, and gave me a service vehicle to take to work in the meantime. They finished the job in a matter of hours, dried out my vehicle and even washed it. I won't take my car anywhere else, service like this is hard to beat! Thank you very much for the peace of mind and great experience!

Had the most amazing service from these folks. My daughter’s CX-5 had developed a leak on the passenger side, it had already been to an independent shop that wanted to charge her $7500 to replace everything from the sunroof down. Didn’t sit right with me, so I was able to setup an appointment and get some input from the dealership. I dealt with Abbie, and she was beyond fantastic, mind you this was two days before Thanksgiving. I thought it could take days to find the leak, nope, the had it done in a matter of hours. Turned out to be a spider nest in the AC drain hose. They’ve turned me into a customer for life. I won’t hesitate to return.

My oil change / tire rotation took almost 2 hours but the price was good and they washed my car, so I'll try going back. I'd suggest they put out more car info brochures or something educational for the waiting area. As a Mazda car owner I like to know about Mazda's new cars for when I need to swap mine out for something newer.

Had an excellent experience with Car service at Herzog-Meier. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The booking process was seamless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a smooth and enjoyable ride. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
