Receptionist was very rude when I called. I asked her if their shop was dodge certified she went on to say they work on all vehicles. I then said well another gerber location stated they were specifically dodge certified on the insurance providers side and her shop was closer so I wanted to know if THEY were also specifically dodge certified. She then said she didnt appreciate that and repeated what she told me the first time and added the only certification they needed was for tesla and they dont work on tesla. I decided to go to the further one only due to the way she treated me on the phone. Very unprofessional.

I've only known Andrew for 12 minutes but it's clear that he knows everything about anything happening here - offered to take calls while he was working on my estimate to help people (not problematically just he was double tasking!!) I don't even have an estimate yet but I kind of trust Andrew with my car and my life?

I had my 2025 Kia Telluride repaired here after being rear-ended, and my vehicle was sent directly to this shop. They kept my car for over 20 days. When I picked it up, I left the lot and shortly after received a dashboard alert that my vehicle had no gas. The fuel gauge was at absolute zero, with dash marks instead of a fuel level. The shop never contacted me to let me know the vehicle was out of gas, nor did they add any fuel. This means my car was likely being moved and worked on while running on fumes, and I was sent off the lot in that condition. I ended up running out of gas and had to buy a gas can and fuel myself. Before leaving this review, I followed their request to call them first. I spoke with Andrew and explained what happened, giving them the opportunity to address or resolve the issue. He seemed shocked and stated that no one ever calls before leaving a negative review. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do about it. After being without my vehicle for over 20 days, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would expect basic care and communication, especially when returning a customer’s vehicle.

Dealing with auto repairs, particularly following an accident is bound to be stressful, but Laura Riggs and Andrew (I'm sorry, I don't have a last name) have been so kind and helpful. They have helped to ease our way through this complicated, confusing, and time-consuming process. Our family appreciates the extra care they've given us.

5 stars is not nearly enough for how far above and beyond this shop went for me. In particular, Andrew. My vehicle was a total loss. That in and of itself was devastating to me, because while physically “it’s just a vehicle”, emotionally it meant so much more. I bought my fully loaded and lifted 2016 Jeep Wrangler as not only a retirement gift for myself, but to start the next journey my soul dog Howard and I would embark on, after all, we’d now be together 24/7, in a new state, and so many possibilities. That adventure lasted 8 years. I lost my boy Howard in November of 2024. I haven’t been the same since, but at least I had memories and our Jeep. Now my Jeep was totaled and I had to remove everything from it. It felt like I was losing my dog all over again and now he and our Jeep were going to be gone. There were a couple items from the Jeep that were particularly difficult to remove. I brought tools, but I didn’t have the right ones and quite honestly I was having a hard time keeping it together. That’s when Andrew stepped up, tools in hand to help. He didn’t have to. That’s not something they typically do once a vehicle has been deemed totaled, but he did. He let his compassion guide him. I helped as much as I could, but Andrew really made the difference and before I knew it, we were done and everything that meant the most to me, that I could keep from our Jeep, was going home with me. This review hardly seems like enough for what Andrew did, but I hope that after someone reads it, they’ll feel like this shop is really the one who cares about what they’re going through.
