Honestly, best mechanic experience I've had for any of my vehicles. I was taking my classic 911 somewhere else and there were a few mistakes made, so I was looking for the best. I'm pretty sure I found it. The shop is spotless, the guys know it all, and they don't suggest things that aren't needed. Thank you very much H&T!
Heckmann & Thiemann Motor is TOP NOTCH! I appreciate the time they take to thoroughly check my car. And explain every detail to me. It’s a comfort being able to trust Heckmann & Thiemann. Thank you for being so AWESOME!
I highly recommend the team at Heckmann and Thiemann Motors. They operate a customer focused facility that has the deep skill and commitment to professionalism needed to get-it-right when it comes to servicing and repairing automobiles – in my case all Audi’s from the 1990s including a 1995 S6 Avant. I drive my cars with confidence all over the west coast and as far as Denver to visit family, chase snow and take in the beauty of the region. An enthusiastic thank you to the team at Heckmann and Thiemann Motors for keeping my beloved trio of older Audi’s performing at their best. I appreciate your family focused and community supporting values, too! You do a lot of good work. Hat’s off to all of you.
Dominic and the team at Heckmann and Thiemann Motors have now completed extensive work on my Subaru Forester, including a tire rotation, oil change, coolant flush, full inspection, and more. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the quality of their service. When I first came in for an engine diagnostic, they provided detailed images and clear descriptions of everything they found—including what was in good shape. They also educated me on where the leaks were, showed me exactly what they did to fix them, and explained what fluids I should be using and how to better maintain my car going forward. That kind of transparency and care really stood out. Their pricing is fair, their communication is excellent, and they genuinely go above and beyond. They even returned my car freshly washed after having it for about a week. The entire team provides the kind of honest, respectful, and genuinely helpful customer service that’s becoming hard to find these days, it is truly refreshing. I originally came in as a first-time customer, and I’ve already returned for a second service. I’ll absolutely continue coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, thorough, and skilled auto work. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!
Gave them a try after hearing of the experiences of others, I could not be happier with my own service experience from Heckmann & Thiemann on my M491 911! All communication (from inspection to progress updates) was comprehensive and timely. However, where I was pleasantly surprised was in how flexible the team was to my "out of town" circumstances. This flexibility included accommodating the car being towed in from the coast and confirming they received it, storing the car for multiple weeks at an extremely reasonable rate until my upholstery shop was ready, and actually delivering the car to the upholstery shop! Milo was a pleasure to work with, as was Bryan - both as he worked to resolve all my car's needs as well as educating me on what was completed.
