I unfortunately found myself in need of a repair shop, and after talking to a number of shops closer to home, none of which could I recommend, I ventured to Womack and was SO glad I did. This team is amazing! From start to finish, a really pleasant experience. Melissa is amazing to work with, and the car turned out perfectly. I hope nobody needs a body shop, but if you do, make your first stop Womack!

I have brought my vehicle here a couple times (probably 15k in work total, covered by insurance). Once for the entire rear end to be replaced after being hit from behind. The second was after an accident in the freeway needing virtually all side panels and doors replaced or fixed. Each time they have been incredibly helpful, the first time I got my SUV back about 3 weeks early. The second time I got my SUV back on the date they said I believe. I have had minor issues with the vehicle since repair but nothing that is their fault I dont believe. (Its an evap leak, could be the fill tube for gas tank where my rear end was repaired, but it could also been a number of other things). They have always answered the phone, or called me back and are incredibly friendly in the office and over the phone. After my first repair, I intentionally came back here for my second repair because if how happy I was. Ive read alot of reviews before posting this and its unfortunate some folks vehicles took longer, or weren't repaired as expected. But with a large repair shop and a large volume of customers, its to be expected that not everyone would be completly satisfied. I've always been pleased and have always left feeling taken care of!

Womack is a wonderfully thorough and trustworthy repair shop that has helped us with my cars over the past few years. Repairs have always been completed to pre loss condition, my car is returned to me quickly (and clean!), and communication with Melissa is a breeze. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else! Thank you all!

I highly recommend Womack Auto Body. Getting into an accident is stressful enough as it is, but being a visitor in Portland when it happened and having no idea where I should take my car was very overwhelming. I chose Womack because of their other amazing reviews and the fact that they are a certified Nissan body shop. From our first phone call, Melissa was an absolute delight. She was kind, patient, and transparent throughout our interactions. I also spoke with James a couple of times and had great experiences with him as well. Their building was very clean and they assured me my car would be safe behind locked gates when they closed for the evenings/weekends. Womack did everything they could to communicate with me in a timely manner as well as handling my insurance company so that I didn’t have to. Womack was truly hoping to return my car to me in pristine condition without cutting any corners on safety or quality - I know their hope was always that I would be able to pickup my car and bring it back up to Washington. When my insurance company ultimately declared my car was totaled, I could trust Womack did their best to estimate costs and repairs honestly and with my best interest in mind. I am so grateful for the customer service I received and wish they were in my city so I could use them again in the future.

The team at Womack autobody is fantastic. Melissa kept me informed on every step with my vehicle. The owner cares about every person that comes in and drove me to pick up my rental car while they were fixing my personal vehicle. Would recommend the shop to anybody. They take care of all the hassle from insurance after you fill out your claim. 10/10!!!
