I’ve been a huge fan of Verde Cocina for many years. Everything they make is delicious, made from scratch, usually with a lot of fresh veggies, and all gluten-free. Coconut sauce on the enchiladas is fantastic. I also love their chile rellenos!
Met a couple friends for brunch today and it was delicious. I had the Papas Y Chorizo, which was flavorful and filled with fresh ingredients. I split the Horchata French Toast for dessert. Dotted with fresh fruit it was just the right size and sweetness. Service was friendly and accommodating. And the coffee refills were plentiful. Loved that they had a great range of vegan and vegetarian dishes. I hope to be back soon and try more of their menu!
I had the Nor’wester with salmon for dinner. Everything tasted super fresh and I was especially impressed with how well they cooked the salmon- moist with crispy skin!! I definitely nourished my body with this guilt-free meal. Service was very attentive too. This is a wonderful restaurant and I hope they stick around for a very long time.
An AMAZING fully gluten free PNW-Mexican fusion restaurant! My celiac friend had a hay day here. Amazing service, calming ambiance with jazzy chill music in the background. The special my friend ordered: pistachio pesto Mac and cheese plus shrimp and it was a spiritual experience for all at the table. We started with guacamole and chips then I followed with a pork con mole which was hearty and delicious, would definitely order again. Very reasonable pricing along with a very helpful and kind waiter, Jeff.
The food is absolutely delicious!! Everything was cooked to perfection. Next visit (yes we will return) I will make sure to take pictures-the food came out looking beautiful. We had gotten the queso fondido for an appetizer, my partner had steak and eggs with a beer and I ordered the street tacos-chicken, carne asada, and veggie. Everything tasted Better than we were expecting! The man serving us was very kind and entertained us with sharing what was on tv when he noticed I was watching. Our experience was-perfection. I would highly recommend this spot for a nice date spot!
