Great new bag! Ask for the dead stock, it’s 50% off brand new gear. If Devin is there, you’ll definitely get top notch service.

More reviews on GoogleLifetime warranty they advertise won’t be honored. They say damage occurred from wear and tear which is not covered in the “lifetime warranty”. Honestly, you are paying too much money for a vibe that isn’t even cool…. Beanie wearing tight pants hipsters and v-necks of early 2000 indie culture has died, and so should chrome? Stop wasting your money for a cheesy aesthetic. This company is lame
I'd been eyeing up a bag for awhile and finally got my hands on one. Really happy with Chrome Industries for doing me a solid when I finally purchased a new Citizen Messenger Bag, promptly took it out for a spin on my bike, and got in an accident. I got lucky, both in walking away, and that Chrome Industries generously replaced the scratched up buckle after I asked if anything could be done--knowing that the warranty wasn't specifically for that sort of thing. They didn't need to do that, but I really do appreciate the gesture of goodwill. This bag is tough, handled me falling really well, and I'm excited to take it on many adventures. Thanks again Chrome Industries!
I’ve been a Chrome fan for over ten years now. It’s a great brand with quality workmanship and reasonable pricing. I’ve owned multiple pairs of shoes, bags, and today got a new sling! The staff at Portland store are super helpful, really nice and accommodating, and always seem pretty stoked on the gear! I always leave impressed by their customer service. Thank you!
Bro, I fanboyed for you, and you don’t care? Ya’ll sold out. I went into the shop (the local? Shop) and mine was the only chef bag in the building. I needed the obvious upgrade in buckle, and no “sorry we went with a plastic buckle” dude! The buckle is your whole vibe! How could you add some sub par plastic buckle that’s hard to use? I like the bag, but the mods I made were 100% necessary. Just sell it properly and don’t make people get disappointed and require the upgrade. At $130, I shouldn’t need to get a $38 buckle to make it an actual ‘chrome bag’
