Fast and quality service! Employees were all very kind and I appreciate the updates on potential work needed. Also thank you for showing me the dip stick after the new oil was put into my vehicle, I’ve had a bad experience with jiffy lube not filling my oil. Thank you again!!
They can be good, but beware you can get stuck behind someone who decides to bring their car to a quick oil place with serious engine issues and blocks everyone up. I waited for over an hour before they admitted it would be at least 45 more minutes, after saying "it wouldn't be long" after the first half hour. It's a good place as long as you don't get stuck behind one of these selfish folks, and it's unclear why they don't have them move to service the other folks first, but doesn't seem to be their policy.
I had a great experience getting my oil changed here. The service was quick and Raina who assisted me was amazing and super sweet!! I really appreciated the excellent customer service and how smooth the whole process was. I’ll definitely be returning for future services.
Always a great experience with the Valvoline staff in Gresham, OR (Eastman Pkwy.) Vancouver, WA (Cascade Park Dr.). But today, my CSR, Raina, and topside tech, Cecil, at the Gresham location made my visit really special. Both very professional but felt like I was visiting a friend! Raina was the sweetest individual, creating personal conversation while still being very present to her duties at Bay 1. Presenting an estimate of all the services recommended for my 11 year old vehicle. Cecil was doing great multitasking between my oil change and making sure the shop was clear of clutter: removing full recycle bins and trash, tucking any loose hose out of the way. The bottomside techs. were working hard on all the new service updates I kept throwing at them. Very communicative and heard them loud and clear when services were being performed and completed. I’ve taken my first vehicle and my current vehicle to Valvoline and have never been disappointed. I feel safe in my vehicle knowing that the staff has taken care of us! Thank you Gresham Valvoline!
Got an oil change. Noticed a screw was absent afterwards. So, on the highway, the skid plate flaps in the wind causes a lot of anxiety for me (an unfamiliar, loud, clanking sound). Went over something large, deceased, and hideous on the highway and it took a quarter of the skid plate off... Scrambled to find a place that could remove it or repair it, and it's removed now. I'm thankful I'm alive. With or without that nut and bolt, maybe it would've been different. Please don't lose the nuts and bolts and screws or whichever is used... This is life or death... What if it turned out differently? What if my car received an even less unfortunate circumstance and I could keep my skid plates, or that the car would've been better protected, or not as terrible of an inconvenience just now. Triple check. And if you think the cars fine, believe me, it's not. A small action goes a LONG WAY. Thank you.
