Still is in awesome place for your wheel and tire needs. I used to come to this location all the time but moved about 4 hours away several years ago. The discount tires near me are not like the Gresham and Clackamas locations. I noticed a big nail in my tire as I was visiting my parents in Gresham. Called Discount Tire and they immediately welcomed me to just come in and that id be in and out in an hour. I went in and was out in 50 minutes with the utmost peace of mind. They even fixed a tmps problem I had. A different discount tire installed new tpms sensors last year but they never worked. The Gresham DT employee easily fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. This place is top notch. I first became a loyal customer in the early 2000s after Les Schwab (down the street) tried to charge me (a broke HS student at the time) to fix a nail in my tire. Discount tire fixed it for me at no cost.

It took me almost 5 years after moving to Oregon to walk into the business I heard about first, after moving here from Kansas City. I made an appointment online yesterday after having my tires inflated by a technician at Discount Tires. He advised me I needed a rotation. I was able to make my appointment for the next afternoon. Although the store was extremely busy, I was in and out quickly. I have never seen employees work so hard at a tire shop. I am very happy I bought my tires here.

My second visit, had Isaiah again as my salesman and Nick took care of my tires. Awesome guys, I was amazed how fast it was. Granted it was a Friday at 9am, most people are at work, but I was in and out in about 25 minutes with a fresh set of tires. I ordered online, set up an appointment, used the Discount Tire Credit card so that saves money. Prices here are top notch, they automatically match Costco's Michellin sale so it was basically the same price. Great shop!

I had new tires installed on my 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT. The next morning, I found that two tires were completely flat (rear driver and front passenger). Both were leaking air directly from the valve stems and would not hold air. This was not road damage and did not happen over time — it was an installation failure involving the valve stems or TPMS seals. Tire pressures were already inconsistent when I left the shop. Because the vehicle was left unsafe to drive and the store is closed today (Sunday), I had no transportation and had to call out of work. This is unacceptable for a basic tire installation. Extremely disappointed in the workmanship and lack of quality control.

They were slammed on Saturday and though I had to wait 3 hours they did warn me. We walked around the area and looked around. Four new tires with a warranty. Great price and the service folks were top notch. Worth the wait. Also found out Discount Tire takes appointments, so you don't have to wait! Worth the price for the quality of tires I bought.
