Very nice staff who were patient with my questions and considerate of my price range and time I had left for lunch when offering or recommending services. Told me what the general recommendations were while also pointing out that they didn’t think I needed them yet.When they realized they couldn’t complete a requested service due to missing a specific tool, they were kind enough to give me a discount on the other services I purchased and offered a discount to come back once they had the tool available. Felt like they genuinely wanted to help and leave me feeling good about the entire experience.

I had an incredible experience today! The entire staff was fast, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable, getting me in and out with zero hassle. Every worker I encountered was remarkably cheerful and I felt comfortable with asking the technicians any question, without feeling silly due to my lack of automotive knowledge. I especially want to recognize Spencer (Topside); he was exceptionally helpful at the computer, taking the time to show me exactly where to find coupons to save money instead of trying to 'jack up' the price. In all my years of car maintenance, this genuinely ranks as one of my top five best customer service experiences ever. Truly impressive work!

Marcus the manager was a gem to work with! I had to come in for an emergency oil change since my car got all cranky about it- and even though there was a bit of a line I didn’t wait too long. And the whole process was quick and friendly. Marcus even changed the air filter on my Jetta and I don’t think anyone ever has bc it’s a rather annoying process since it’s under the glove compartment in the car. 10/10 recommend! PS: I felt it very queer friendly if anyone’s wondering 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I loved how quick and easy the experience was. No wait, just straight forward service and an impressive team effort that really felt like I had my own pit crew (especially since I never had to exit my car). No pressure to add on more than I wanted to, and left with a checklist of items to address in the coming months, which is super helpful for me. Thanks so much!

The crew was welcoming, positive & friendly. They worked together really well & were very efficient. Future work was recommended but not pushy at all & they gave me a list if things to watch for, then come back when I was ready to have them done. It was so refreshing to see how they enjoyed working together as a team to make their customers happy. I will definitely be back!
