Frank your sales associate was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, courteous and expeditious. In and out with everything I needed. He deserves a raise.

I went in for new front and rear brake pads, rotors, hardware, brake cleaner/oil, basically the whole kit and kaboodle. I’m super green to DIY auto mechanics but I still left feeling like I overpaid. I did find a better deal online and I went in the next day to return everything but Frank was so helpful, he matched the price and I think my 450$ purchase went to 250$ and I still got to keep everything. He saved me so much time and money and even carried it back out to the car for me. I also went in to return a car battery I’ve had for years that had just been sitting in my garage. I just needed to get rid of it and didn’t care about getting money in return but Jonny hooked me up with a 10$ gift card anyways which was so cool. Basically they’re always willing to help and figure out a solution beneficial to the customer which is so refreshing especially with car maintenance.

Frank was a massive help in figuring out what I needed for my truck, and the hoops we had to jump through to fulfill my purchase with special orders and what not! Super nice guy, maybe this is my new favorite branch. Thanks team!

5 Stars – Matt at the SE Powell location is a lifesaver! Helped me work out how to change my own brake lights and lent a hand whenever I hit a snag. Saved me a DIY headache and a lot of money. Great crew, including Frank. I’ll definitely be back!

I can't recommend these guys enough! I needed a new battery and spoke with Lloyd (who spent almost 30 minutes with me on the phone) as I listed off batteries from Amazon that he said he could probably price match, and he ended up giving me $50 off one of their top-end $250 AGM batteries. THEN, on TOP of it, when I got there to pick it up, he was kind enough to clean off all the corrosion on my contacts and installed the new battery! I'm definitely gonna give them all my business whenever I need anything auto-related!
