Went to Les Schwab for some new all season tires, and we’re very happy with the tires and the service. Ben was super helpful and friendly through the whole process. You can’t get better customer service than this!
This service center is amazing. If you make a reservation they get you in and out. Got a flat, they fix it for free most of the time. Especially if you bought your tires through them. Friendly and fast... 10/10 highly recommend.
Dropped car off at 11:30 because my drivers tire has a slow leak. As a walk in I asked the person at front desk if the car would be finished before 5 and they said definitely by 5. Took an uber back to work. Had a friend drop me off at Schwab at 4. It’s currently past 5:00 and no one’s looked at the car yet as I sit in this lobby. Had to rearrange childcare etc. I get y’all work hard and are busy. Communication would definitely be appreciated though! I have bought many sets of tires at Schwab over the years and their policy is to move walk throughs back throughout the day until appointments are finished but they don’t have the staff for the walk throughs. Instead just be upfront and tell me I’m going to need an appointment or to come back after work and drop off my car. Could have saved on the taxi. Likely will not be visiting this Schwab or purchasing new tires again. I regret stopping here for the day and wish I would have just went to my mechanic.
Spoke with Miles on the phone about some brake issues (they do not install third party parts) he recommended stopping by for an inspection they couldn’t quote over the phone. Honest and upfront about how busy they were and didn’t try to upsell anything. Honestly a great phone call experience, not sure if I’ll go with them but I was impressed by the human connection, his knowledge and the general experience.
Once again Les Schwab provides excellent service! I came in this morning with a flat tire due to a nail. I was prepared to buy 2 new rear tires, but they were able to repair it, at no charge, and told me I was good to go. Friendly staff and prompt service. I had an appt, and I was in and out in just under an hour. I have brought my car to Les Schwab for well over 20 years, and always get great service. Keep up the good work!
