I continue to have great experiences with True Audiophile. Beyond my relatively modest phono stage and cable purchases and setting up my old turntable with a lovely Miyajima cartridge, Gary has helped me trouble shoot noise issues in my system, walked me through tonearm adjustment issues, and even let me borrow some of his tools when I stopped by the shop. The whole True Audiophile team want you to enjoy your listening experience, get the most from your equipment, and they go 'way' out of their way to cater to their customers.

The folks at True Audio have greatly exceeded my expectations. Their attentive efforts to ensure that my purchase worked in harmony with the other components of my stereo was greatly appreciated. Beyond this, I found their communication revealed a staff of thoughtful, intelligent professionals. Highly recommended !

After having dealt multiple times with True Audiophile, its owner, Gary, and his excellent support staff over the past three years, I can easily recommend True Audiophile as a premiere audiophile/hifi shop. Gary is committed to working with their customers, is extremely knowledgeable regarding his stock, and is a highly passionate enthusiast in the Art of Audio.

Absolutely one of the best high end audio shops out there. Their customer service is truly top notch and they work with you to make sure you will receive the best possible products that fit your needs. No matter where you are in the country, they can still help you with your audio needs. Both Marc and Gary work seriously hard to make sure everything is done well and to your specifications. They truly make buying any high end piece of audio equipment an easy and affordable task.
