A wild vibe for a UPS store. The least helpful associate ever who seemed like they didn’t even kind of want to be there, and the music was so loud. Normally, wouldn’t bother me, but for the UPS store? Idk, yall.
Malachi and their team did a great job helping me with multiple items to be boxed and shipped. In the end they were able to reconfigure the boxes to minimize the oversized rates and saved me a couple hundred dollars. Big thanks.
Visit on 11/4 at 1:30 PM I stopped by the store to return a few items. I’ve always had very pleasant experiences here in the past, so I was surprised and disappointed by the customer service I received today. When I asked a young man with longer hair if I could use some duct tape to close one of my packages that I had forgotten to seal, he very rudely said “no” without offering any explanation or alternative, such as letting me know I could purchase the tape. When it was my turn to be helped, thank goodness I had a lady at customer service who was kind and understanding. She offered to tape the package for me, and I really appreciated her helpful attitude. It made a big difference after the earlier interaction. As a parent of two teenage boys, I believe manners and respectful communication are very important, and I hope the store encourages staff to treat customers with kindness and professionalism. I also tried calling afterward to speak with a manager, but was placed on hold for about 3 to 4 minutes without any response. I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve always valued this store and hope it continues to provide the great service it’s known for.
Took a fairly expensive prepaid package to this location. It is a box that is definitely too big to lose. Label never even got scanned. I can’t really do anything about it from what I can gather since it didn’t get scanned but now I’m out several hundred dollars replacing a package that evidently got stolen by an employee from what I can gather. I’ve never had an issue with the thousands of packages that I’ve dropped off at usps and one of the few I take to ups gets stolen. Just great
I almost always just come in here to either return things or pick up packages, and it occurs to me I just take this place for granted, so for what it's worth, here is a Google data point to show my appreciation. The location is very convenient, and there is ample parking when I need it. Everyone who works at this location has always been friendly, helpful, and patient, even when the line is out the door. Thank you so much for being there when I need to send or pick up a package.
