This store has a very generous return policy, and I wonder if they also pay their employees a fair wage vs. heavily weighting commission. I received only patient and helpful support while trying on shoes, without even a hint of pressure or pushiness toward buying. I love supporting local businesses!

Excellent selection and very helpful staff. I came in for a hat and left with new shoes and socks - and a hat! Great atmosphere.

Amazing experience!!! I’ve been wanting a pair of Birkenstock Boston’s for so long & Ross was so helpful and sweet! He made sure I had the perfect size & color. He was so patient while I decided on my pair & told me exactly how to care for my shoes. Will be returning! :)
