Great shop! The communication was prompt and the work was performed excellently. I took my truck in for a modest lift (I supplied the parts) and it was a smooth process. Quality service and affordable prices.

“Wrong job? Don’t lecture me, kid.” I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem — now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was “done correctly.” But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer’s specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight — after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: “Let’s put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you’ll pay us again for nothing.” That’s not professionalism — that’s bluffing. I don’t need “proof” on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer’s golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn’t easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people’s safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: “We can fix this.” That proves the problem isn’t my car — the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.
Update - 7/24/2025 After going to every premium auto shop in town trying to get an alignment on my stanced FB RX-7, only to be turned away because "its too low", Tire Trends took the car in no problem, and had the alignment done within an hour. It drives 100% better. I came back a week later to get some narrower tires stretched on my wheels, and they did the job fast, no questions asked! As a tuner, it can be frustrating having shops continually refuse to work on the car because it's not OEM spec - Tire Trends has us covered! --------- I just got some new wheels for my 2010 Toyota Prius, and wanted to get some high performance all-seasons and support a local shop. I checked out some other nearby shops and didn't get a great vibe, so I was really excited to find Tire Trends. Really cool shop! You can tell they take pride in their work. I called in to explain what I was looking for and get a quote, and was pleased to see they had a tire to fit every budget. As a "car guy" - of course I wanted the best, and Artyom hooked me up with some Nokian Ones - designed specifically with hybrid/electric vehicles in mind. Low rolling resistance, all-season high performance, and even "green manufacturing" to appease my tree hugger side. As I had new wheels, they also sold me some TPMS sensors at a great price, and programmed them to the car and even checked my alignment as part of the deal! I will definitely be coming back for some suspension work as well as tires for my other cars.
Will only take my cars here for an alignment and suspension work. They are low-car friendly and had no issues getting my car on the rack. Gave me a proper alignment instead of the old adjust the toe and go like most shops do. Also looked over suspension components and told me what bushings needed to be replaced. Great family owned shop highly recommend
