I called John's about a cherished recliner needing some structural repair. I brought it in and was immediately greeted by the friendly owner. They took time to look over the damage, offer their solution, and then promptly began their work. My chair is fully repaired and the whole process took less than an hour! Friendly and courteous staff, quick response, and excellent craftsmanship. Highly recommend!

Stopped in today to get new foam to replace a dozen large lounge chair cushions and they were honest enough to send me directly to their wholesaler instead of taking the job as the middleman and up charging me. As a small business owner myself I really appreciated that. I’ve used them before to upholster stuff for my furniture resell business and always been satisfied. Will continue to use them.

John’s Upholstery deserves every bit of praise. I brought in a couch cushion with a popped button, fully expecting a simple drop-off and later pickup. Instead, they repaired it immediately, with care and skill—and then didn’t charge me a thing. That kind of generosity and craftsmanship is rare. They treated a small repair as if it mattered, and that says everything about how they do business. I’ll absolutely be returning with all of my upholstery needs in the future. Not just for cars, furniture too! Like many I picked up a bench off of Marketplace thinking I can reupholster this.... definitely not. Went into a shop who was going to charge me so much (webbing and springs are no joke) but John's swooped in and saved the day. They were super reasonable and fast. Cannot recommend them enough!

The guys at John’s are great—easy to work with and truly exceptional at what they do. I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in to have the bolster on my driver’s seat repaired, and I had my car back the same day. Top notch service and honest prices.
