This shop was given the VIN number for my vehicle and still made multiple mistakes. Based on my experience, I would not recommend or trust them. The process was extremely frustrating. They ordered the wrong parts, were unable to install the window correctly, and wasted two full days and several hours of my time. Instead of taking responsibility, they became frustrated and ultimately told me to take the vehicle somewhere else. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. I was given misleading information and promises that were never fulfilled. To make matters worse, broken glass from my original window was left in my driveway when they attempted to install the failed 2 window glasses attempts. Day after day. When everything goes smoothly, I can understand the positive reviews. However, when issues arise, this company did not stand behind their work, did not offer any meaningful solution, and did not compensate for the inconvenience. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience
