This is my second time using ACE and their service and quality have been excellent both times. The people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I will recommend ACE to anyone in need of truck/car body work. Their price was fair and they were fast in getting my small pickup repaired. Nice people working there and they took care of my claim quickly. I really like writing this review because they are excellent.
DO NOT use this shop! I brought my car to them in late Spring 2022 and they started work on my car in August. My experience with them was an absolute nightmare. My brand-new bumper that I paid nearly $1,000 for was installed with two enlarged headlight washer holes. These asymmetrically enlarged holes were visible even with the washer caps on, which is not supposed to be the case. The holes come pre-cut from the factory and there was no reason for them to be altered. Ace refused to refund me for the damaged bumper and adamantly denied any possibility that an Ace employee could have enlarged the holes. They denied this possibility even though when I came to pick up my car after the initial repairs, it was not ready due to one of the employees installing several parts backwards, breaking one part, and incorrectly taping another. I ended up having to come back twice because they didn’t clip my bumper on properly and twice more because their paint job wrinkled after a few weeks. I realized that the new spoiler that I paid for had never been installed. I asked for a refund of the part via email but received no response until I had sent a total of 5 emails over the period of 1 month. I was told by Mandy that she would look for the receipt, but 17 days later I had still not received a response from her despite following up twice. At that point, I moved ahead with filing my case with Small Claims Court, adding on the cost of the spoiler since I had still received no response from Ace. In the end, I sued Ace in Small Claims Court for the cost of the bumper, spoiler, and associated labor. It came out in court that they had noticed the damage to the headlight washer holes before I came to pick up my car after the initial repairs but chose not to tell me. I won my case and Ace was reprimanded in court for installing the bumper when it was clearly damaged, for not alerting me to this damage, and for trying to countersue me for the cost of work that they agreed to do under warranty.
I fully recommend Ace! They left my car impeccable, they done a great job on detailing the car, above and beyond! Junior is 100% professional and him and the crew done an awesome job.
Junior did an amazing job detailing our 2006 BMW SUV! He was super easy to communicate with and upfront about cost and timing. Our car looks so good and we’re even going to bring our other vehicle in seeing how well this one turned out. Thanks Junior!! I bought an Angie's list deal for exterior detail and a Living Social deal for interior detail. Overall it was a very good experience and Eric the owner was great to talk to. I scheduled to drop my car off at 7:30am and they called and had it all done by 2pm even though I could not pickup until 5:30. As mainly a work vehicle I've abused the interior of my car on the daily. They did a fantastic job, chairs looked and smelled nicely, the trim areas where I had some staining were clean and no stains noticeable. Everything was very clean. The exterior job that they did pretty good. I guess overall it was good. I had some adhesive on my car (it used to be wrapped in vinyl) and they got it all off. I did notice they missed the adhesive on the glass window sections on the back windows but it wasn't enough to bother me, that stuff comes off pretty easily with goo gone. However the body itself were great. After this experience I would recommend Ace to my friends and family for their services again.
