Ordered the glen recliner as a gift before Christmas and the item was listed as “in stock” and they delivered the wrong color. Was told we could just keep the wrong color, which is not what we wanted, and then later told by customer service we could have kept the chair temporarily until the correct order was delivered. Now the chair won’t be delivered till well after Christmas despite this being their error, was told they were made to order despite it stating it was in stock on line. Extremely disappointed with customer service and won’t order from here again.

This store is rife with way overpriced mediocrity. Every product is less than IKEA quality but 10x the price. Nothing seemed sturdy and everything was cheaply manufactured. When I drop more than $500 on something I expect that I would have it for life (or a majority of it). This stuff was so poorly built it would start losing quality after a year or two.

Visited this place because someone recommended it about a year ago... Ran right out after looking for 3 minutes max...like $300 just the metal part of a lamp!? Are you kidding me? $7,000 for a bench!? $3,000 for a simple hanging light fixtures!? I mean, yes... charge your worth, absolutely. But this ain't it. You focused too much on catering to a specific crowd instead of creating a welcoming business for the community.

I spent thousands here for a couch, chair, ottoman, lamp, pots and entry hangers for my new home. The couch, chair and ottoman had to be made because I chose a fabric not in stock. A couple months later they arrived with uneven cushions that felt like you were sitting on a hill. The process to report quality problems here is inconvenient and convoluted. The store staff couldn’t help, had to wait for someone from customer service to send me an email to upload photos, then weeks go by waiting to hear back, and only two couch cushions (no covers) finally arrive and they appear to be the wrong size. I reported this to the store staff who still couldn’t help me and had me email the store managers who don’t work on the weekends, and who apparently have to deal with other people that also are in no hurry to get it resolved. I’ve had to at least twice recontact the manager for follow up after not hearing back by the time she said I would. DO NOT order your furniture here.

Having an old Portland home is a lot of work, but Rejuvenation takes the stress out of updating and keeping with the correct period of your home. The staff is seasoned and always friendly. The styles are timeless and fix what we already had in our home. And the idea that the light fixtures are made here in NW Portland makes me happy to be buying local.
